OPERATION

TO REMOVE / ATTACH BATTERY PACK

See Figure 3.

TO REMOVE:

nLocate latches on side of battery pack and depress both sides to release battery pack from your saw.

nRemove battery pack from your saw.

TO ATTACH:

nPlace the battery pack in your saw aligning raised rib on battery pack with groove in saw's battery port.

nMake sure the latches on each side of the battery pack snap into place and battery pack is secured to saw before beginning operation.

CAUTION: When placing battery pack in the tool, be sure raised rib on battery pack aligns with the bottom of the saw and latches into place properly. Improper installation of the battery pack can cause damage to internal components.

TO INSTALL SAW BLADE

See Figure 4.

nRemove battery pack.

WARNING: Failure to remove battery pack from saw could result in accidental starting causing possible serious personal injury.

nLift blade clamp lock / release lever located on side of saw.

nInsert saw blade between blade clamp and saw bar.

nLock blade clamp lever.

nReplace battery pack.
