Blade Tracking
The tracking will only need to be adjusted if the blade rubs against the wheel shoulder or moves more than 1⁄16" away from the shoulder.

To adjust the blade tracking on the bandsaw:
1.DISCONNECT BANDSAW FROM POWER!
2.Position the bandsaw in the vertical position.
3.Open the wheel access cover.
4.Loosen, but do not remove the lower hex bolt in the blade wheel tilting mechanism shown in Figure 52.
