Your new table saw has been designed to give you many years of high quality performance. To insure this goal, proper care and treatment is important.

Careful treatment begins with removing all pads from the cartonand checking them against the list of loose parts.The long box contains the rails. The large box holdsall other parts, which are detailed in the Loose

Parts List.

Separate the saw and all parts from the packing materials and check each against the packing list, especially the small parts that can be hidden in the packing material

Note: Do not discard the packing materials until you have carefully inspected the saw, identified all parts, and satisfactorily operated your new saw.

_IL WARNING: Never use gasoline, naptha, or other highlyvolatile solvents. Do not ever let brake fluids, gasoline, petroleum-based

products,or penetrating oilscontact plasticparts. Such chemicals can weaken or destroy plastic.

IIRemove the wax paper covering on the table. Use any ordinary household type grease and spot remover. Immediately apply a coat of automotive type paste wax to the table and table exensions.

,_ WARNING: To prevent accidental startingthat could cause possibleserious personal injury, assemble all parts to your saw before connecting it to power supply.Saw should never be connected to power supplywhen you are assembling parts, making adjustments, installing or removingblades, or when not in use.

,_ WARNING: If any parts are missing,do not operate this tool untilthe missing parts are

replaced. Failure to do so could result in possible serious personal injury.
