About Service

Review the troubleshooting and procedures in this section to fix your machine if a problem develops. If you need replacement parts or you are unsure of your repair skills, then feel free to call our Technical Support at (570) 546-9663.

Troubleshooting

Motor & Electrical

Symptom	Possible Cause		Possible Solution

	7.	Pulley is slipping on shaft.	7.	Replace loose pulley and shaft.
	8.	Low power supply voltage.	8.	Make sure hot lines and grounds are opera-
				tional w/correct voltage.
	9.	Motor bearings are at fault.	9.	Rotate motor shaft for noisy or burnt bear-
				ings, repair/replace as required.
	10. Motor has overheated.		10. Clean dust off motor, let it cool, and reduce
				workload on machine.
	11. Motor is at fault.		11. Test, repair or replace motor.
