MONTAGE DE DISQUES DE COUPE (FIG. 22)

_ATTENTION : i/ est imperatif que les diametres de la contre- bride filetee et de I'ecrou de serrage de collier (livre avec I'outil) correspondent pour I'utilisation de disques de coupe.

1.Enlever la bague en nylon (G).

2.Installer la bride de soutien de la meule abrasive, tout en alignant les parties plates de la broche (X) avec celles de la bride (Q).

3.Installer la meule abrasive sur la broche tout en centrant la meule sur le pilote de la bride de soutien.

4.Installer I'ecroude blocage, tout en s'assurant que la meule est centree sur le pilote de la bride de soutien.

5.Enfoncer le bouton de verrouillage de la broche et setter I'ecrou de blocage a I'aided'une cle.

6.Pour retirer la meule, reprendre les etapes decrites ci-dessus en ordre inverse.

S'ils'averaitapres un certain temps que le dispositif de protection se desserre, resserrez la vis de reglage (P) alors que le mecanisme de verrouillage du dispositif de

protection est enclenche et que ce dernier est installe sur I'outil.

AVIS : pour reduire tout risque d'endommager I'outil, ne pas resserrer la vis de reglage si le mecanisme de verrouillage est ouvert. Le dispositif de protection ou le moyeu d'assemblage pourrait subir des dommages indecelables.

_AVERTISSEMENT : ne pas uti/iser de meules pour chant ou de disques de coupe pour effectuer des operations de meu/age de surface. En effet, ceux-ci ne sont pas congus pour resister aux pressions laterales de ce type d'operation. Le disque risque de se briser et de provoquer des blessures.
