•Evite "Corte-Subido" (mover la fresadora con la rotacion de la broca) esto aumentara la posibilidad de la perdida de control resultando en la posibilidad de herida personal.

•No se sobre-extienda. Mantenga la pies fijos y el balance a todo momento. Esto permite mejor control de la herramienta electrica en situaciones inesperadas.

•No penetre el encaje del motor esto podra causar daño la insulacion doble (utilice etiquetas adhesivas).

•Siempre desenchufle la herramienta antes trabajar en ella.

•Siempre pare la herramienta utilzando el interruptor Encendido/Apagado, no desenchuflandolo.

•ATENCION! Antes de cada uso, inspeccione el enchufe y el cable. Si necesitan replacar, haga esto por un técnico de servicio authorizado de Freud.

•Siempre mantenga el cable de la herramienta y cable de extension libre del alcance de trabajo de la herramienta.

•Solo enchufle la herramienta con el interruptor en la posicion APAGADO.

•Sostenga la herramienta firmemente con ambas manos y en una posicion estable o montado a una mesa fresadora.

•Ajuste la velocidad para brocas de diferentes diámetros. Entre mas grande la broca, menos la velocidad.

•Brocas fresadoras deben ser manejadas y mantenidad con cuidado maximo, de acuerdo con las instruciones del fabricante.

•Inspeccione la broca cuidadosamente antes de utlizar para asegurar que no este dañada o rajada. Reemplace brocas rajadas o dañadas immediatamente.

•Asegure que las brocas esten botadas en el collet de acuerdo con la instruciones del fabricante.

•Inspeccione que la broca haya quedado asegurada apropiadamente antes de utilizar la herramienta. Empezar la herramienta sin ningun peso y deje encendida varios segundos en una posicion segura. Se nota vibracion seria oalgun otro defecto, apagar la herramienta immediatamente.

•Use solo collets aprovados por Freud y roscas collet para brocas botadas.

•Asegure que el material en la cual va ha trabajar esta firmemente asegurado antes de empezar a fresar.

•Tenga cuidado de afeitos que pueden volarsen durante la operacion. Sostenga la herramienta para que los afeitos vuelen lejos de usted.

•Cuando trabaje con maderas que puede irritar la piel, los ojos, o la respiracion, use equipo de extracción de polvo y utlice una mascara.

•Cuando trabaje con la herramienta, siempre utilice gafas de seguridad y proteccion de oidos. Otro equipos de proteccion personal como las mascaras de polvo, delantal, y zapatos de no deslisaje deben ser colocados.

•Asegure que las aberturas de aire de la herramienta esten libres de polvo y escombros. Si limpieza es requierida, primeramente desenchufle la herramienta y aspire. Do utilice objetos de metal para limpiar las aberturas de aire o puedes causar daño a las partes internas de la herramienta.

•No toque la brocas cuando esten rotando.

•ATENCION! Las brocas siguen moviendosen por un largo tiempo despues del interruptor estar apagado. Asegurse que la broca haya parado de rotar antes de soltar la herramienta o de cambiar los accesorios.

DOBLE INSULACIÓN

Para afirmar la operación más segura de esta herramienta, Freud ha adoptado un diseño de doble insulación. "Doble Insulación" significa que dos insulaciónes fisicamente separadas han sido utilicadas para insular materiales conductivos de Eléctricidad conectados la fuente de poder del marco exterior utilizado por el operador.

Para mantener la efectividad de la doble insulacion, siga las siguientes precauciónes:

•Tenga cuidado de no perforar el encaje del motor la cual puede dañar la eficiencia del sistema de doble insulacion.

•Solo Centros de Servício Freud Autorizados deben de desmontar y asemblar esta herramienta Eléctrica, y solo partes de repuesto genuinos de Freud deben de ser instaladas.
