TIPOS DE CORTES

ADVERTENCIA! Siempre sujetar la pieza de trabajo en forma segura con prensas antes de hacer los cortes.

1)Corte de bordes - Figs. 20 y 21

Antes de usar la herramienta, tome en cuenta la cantidad de material que se va a rebajar. Antes de trabajar en la pieza definitiva, hacer cortes de prueba en madera desechable. La broca (vista desde arriba) gira en sentido horario. Al rebajar bordes externos mover la rebajadora en dirección antihoraria (izquierda a derecha). Para cortes internos mover la rebajadora de en dirección horaria de derecha a izquierda.

ADVERTENCIA! Evitar los cortes tre- padores (moviendo la rebajadora en sentido horario o del giro de la broca) porque aumenta el riesgo de perder el control de la rebajadora y de lesiones. - Fig. 22

2)Cortes con efecto émbolo - Figs. 9 y 10

Para cortar con efecto émbolo, agarrar la rebajadora por ambos mangos (E), colocarla con la broca sobre el área a rebajar, arrancarla, desenganchar el manguito del seguro (P) del émbolo y empujar la torre del motor hacia abajo agarrando de los mangos. Cuando la varilla de tope (D) de la torre haga contacto con el tope 1 en la torreta de topes (I), enganchar el manguito fijador (P) de la torre del motor y comenzar a rebajar. Siempre permitir que la broca alcance su velocidad máxima antes de bajar la torre del motor. Al terminar el primer corte, desenganchar el manguito fijador (P) y permitir que la torre del motor se eleve en sus columnas. APAGAR LA REBAJADORA Y ES PERAR QUE LA BROCA SE DETENGA COM PLETAMENTE. Rotar la torreta al tope 2, repetir la operación y después otra vez para el tope 3.

MONTAJE EN MESA

La rebajadora Freud FT3000 también puede montarse

en una mesa para rebajadora siguiendo las instrucciones provistas con la mesa. Esta reba- jadora incluye una plantilla guía para taladrar los orificios para los tornillos de montaje y para el orificio de acceso para regular la altura.

Consejo: Al rebajar los cuatro bordes, comenzar por el borde del tablero que tiene el extremo de las hebras. Si se produce una rotura, se eliminará con el corte a lo largo del borde o de la hebra.
