Using the Base Station

Powering Up the Base Station

For more information on charging the spare battery on the full-feature Base Station and connecting external dongles to the USB ports, see Charging the Spare Battery on the Base Station and Attaching the USB Dongles to the Base Station.

Use the procedure in this section to connect the Vx670 Base Station to a power source.

1Insert the round barrel connector of the power pack into the power port at the back of the Base Station.

2Insert the AC power cord into the power pack.

3Plug the AC power cord into a wall outlet or power surge protector.

4Confirm that the Base Station is powered up as indicated by the solid green LED.
