Remedy

For CMS on Microsoft Windows only.

1. Confirm that the Application Discovery service is running with 'Administrator' as owner.

2.If it is not, the service will need to be stopped and restarted by someone with Administrator privilege.

To gain access to Application Discovery user interface via links in other Insight Dynamics components (Virtualization Manager, for example), you must set your user authorizations to include “VSE Monitor Tools” or “VSE All Tools”, depending on your job role.
