You can access hp instant support from the Toolbox. To do so, click the Information tab in the Toolbox and then click the hp instant support button.

hp instant support web pages are dynamically created. Bookmarking this site and connecting via the bookmark will not display the current information. Instead, connect from the Toolbox.
