HDTV Overscan Compensation

You cannot use HDTV Overscan Compensation for 480i format. This procedure may not be available with DVI, depending on your display type. HP recommends that you use 720p or 1080i/p to avoid overscan issues.

Resize the display

After you have set up Media Center, you can resize the display to show the entire Windows desktop on the screen.

To optimize the screen size for HDTV resolutions above 480i:

1Close Media Center.

2Right-click the desktop, select NVIDIA Control Panel.

3Click Video & Television.

4Click Resize or pan HDTV desktop.

NOTE: This option does not appear when the resolution is set below 480p.
