In Windows 95, right-click on the My Computer icon, select Properties, select the Device Manager tab, double-click on the computer icon to see a list of which device is using each resource setting on your computer.

For optimum performance, run SCANDISK.EXE and DEFRAG.EXE on your hard drive (see “Achieving optimal performance” on page 30).

Refer to your computer manual or contact your computer vendor if you have any questions about your computer’s configuration or capabilities.
