MANUAL button
MANUAL dial
• You can assign only one function at a time to the manual dial. page 103
•Even if a function would normally not be available because a second function is set to a value that would prevent it from functioning, you can still assign it to and set it with the manual dial, though not in the menu.
For example: The Aperture function can not be used if you set the shutter to Manual in the menu. However, if you assign the aperture function to the Manual Dial, the camcorder sets the shutter to
48Auto automatically and you can use the Manual Dial to set the aperture.
