Checking the remote controller

Point the remote controller towards the remote controller receiver of the indoor unit.

When you properly press the button on the remote controller, you will hear beep sound from the indoor unit and a transmit indicator() appears on the remote controller display.

Remote controller display

Virus Doctor

Set the Virus Doctor function on/off.

(ARHSS)

Fast / Comfort

Select Fast function or Comfort function

Single User

Turn on/off the Single User function which reduces energy usage while operating in cool/heat mode.

Temp + -

Increase/Decrease the temperature by 1 ˚C.

Auto Clean

Auto clean function – Dry inside of the indoor unit to get rid of odor.

d'light Cool

Has no this function.

On Timer

Set the On Timer on.

Off Timer

Set the Off Timer on.

Power

Turn on/off the air conditioner.

Mode

Set one of the 5 operating modes (see pages 15~16 for instructions).

Quiet

Reduce noise generated from an indoor unit during operation.

Vertical air swing

Activate/Deactivate air flow blade movement

automatically up and down.

Fan

 

Adjust how much air flows through the air conditioner with the 5 different fan speeds such as Auto/Low/Medium/High/Turbo.

Horizontal air swing Activate/Deactivate air flow blade movement automatically left and right. (ARHSS)

Set the

mode on.

 

Set/Cancel

 

 

Set/Cancel the timer/

mode.

Reset the Filter Clean reminder

Usage

Display the amount of power consumption for few seconds on the indoor unit display:

2ndF

Switch the function of the button on the remote controller.

Display off

To turn off the display light

Beep off

To silence the beep sound when pressing the button.

• When you press 2ndF button, theindicator will be displayed on the remote controller and you can change the functions on the remote controller as listed below.

Single User Filter Reset, d'light Cool Usage, Auto Clean Beep Off, good’sleep Display Off function.

If you select the function under the button while the function of the button is switched by 2ndF button, the 2ndF function is canceled.
