The HEPA exhaust filter must be replaced
when dirty. It should be replaced
regularly depending on use conditions_
The filter CANNOT be washed as it will lose its dust trapping ability.
Note: See PARTS AND FEATURES for the exhaust filter number.
1o Remove exhaust filter
cover by
pressing the release tab on
the cover and
rotating out from vacuum
cleaner_
2, Remove the
filter cartridge from cover.
3.Place new filter cartridge into cover making sure that airflow arrow on side of cartridge points into cover_
Place foam seal of filter against the vacuum cleaner body°

4.Replace the exhaust filter cover by placing bottom tabs in slots and rotating in until cover snaps into place,
