ALE Programming

ALE Programming

This section provides concise instructions for using the ALE Programming mode. This mode, reached under the PROG menu (see Figure 4 and Figure 5) is used to configure the parameters needed by the ALE function. The ALE parameters are identified in Figure 5.

The Programming mode is accessible only if the radio is not locked.

Note

After locating the required ALE parameter in the Programming menu, you can change it by pressing the function key next to the parameter name, and then press the UP/DOWN keys to scroll or set parameters.

To enter the ALE Programming mode:

1. Press MENU to display the Menu screen.

4.Press ALE (F2) to enter the ALE Programming mode.
