Opening the Door

Swing the right

panel back.

Open the latch.

With the pawl free of the

Strike

 

strike, the door may be

 

swung open.

Frame

 

When securing the door, make sure the pawl fits over the strike before tightening.

NOTE: Do not overtighten the pawl by screwing it in. This will permanently damage the latch.
