Attatching Knee Lifter

The knee lifter is very helpful when quilting, sewing appliques, or when working with larger projects be- cause it allows you to keep both hands on the fabric while your knee controls the presser foot.

 

 

Match the ribs on the knee lifter with the notches in

 

 

the knee lifter socket and insert the knee lifter.

Push the knee lifter with your knee to raise and lower

 

 

the presser foot.

NOTE

 

 

Keep leg away from lifter while sewing. Pressing on

 

 

knee lift while sewing will effect feeding of fabric and

 

 

the thread tension.
