Temperature Override in each Fan Speed Mode

	kW mode	Exhaust temperature	Remote mode
		mode
Temp Override	Fan speed will increase	No Effect	Depends on the fan speed
Enabled	when rack equipment		selection of the remote
	exhaust temperature		device. Same as kW or
	reaches 40.5° C (105° F)		exhaust temperature mode.
			In kW mode the
			temperature override
			setpoint can be set to
			32.2–51.6° C (90–125°
			F)

Note

If a Computer Room Air Conditioner fails, the subsequent rise in ambient temperature can cause the temperature override to activate. Increasing the fan speed can have an impact on the airflow in the room.
