cold weather operation

Pumps will not freeze when running. However, in freezing weather, re- move drain plug (A) and prime port plug (B) and drain the water from pump completely after use. All hoses exposed to freezing temperatures should also be drained, Before restarting the pump, replace the drain plug and fill plug securely, making sure the gaskets are in place and in good condition to prevent air entry into the pump. Prime the pump.
