RICOTTA & MENTHE

2 petits pains rounds focaccia

80g (2.75oz) de fromage ricotta

3 figues fraîches, tranchées finement

6 petites feuilles de menthe fraîche

1 c. à soupe de sucre à glacer

MARCHE À SUIVRE

1.Préchauffer le presse-panini jusqu’à ce que le voyant ‘READY s’illumine.

2.Couper les pains focaccia en deux pour en faire 1 sandwich. Étaler le fromage ricotta sur le pain. Ajouter les figues, les feuilles de menthe et saupoudrer de sucre à glacer.

3.Faire griller le sandwich jusqu’à ce qu’il soit doré, croustillant et chaud à l’intérieur, environ 8 minutes.
