Solución de problemas

•• Si no se ha iluminado la pantalla del temporizador de elaboración:

Revise que la cafetera se haya enchufado en un contacto de conexión a tierra de 3 terminales. Si lo está, revise el fusible o el cortacircuitos del circuito eléctrico al que está conectada la cafetera y asegúrese de que el circuito esté cerrado.

•Si sólo se prepara un poco del agua agregada a la cafetera: Deberá quitarse el sarro a la cafetera de inmediato. Consulte “Cómo quitarle el sarro a la cafetera” en la sección “Cuidado de la cafetera”.

•Si no se puede corregir el problema: Vea la sección de la garantía de KitchenAid. No devuelva la cafetera a la tienda; los vendedores minoristas no proveen servicio técnico.

Prueba de compra y registro del producto

Guarde siempre una copia del recibo de compra, en el cual se muestra la fecha de compra de su cafetera. La prueba de compra le asegurará el servicio bajo la garantía.

Antes de usar la cafetera, llene y envíe por correo la tarjeta de registro del producto que fue empacada con la unidad. Esta tarjeta nos permitirá contactarlo en el caso improbable de una notificación acerca de la seguridad del producto y nos asistirá para cumplir con las disposiciones de Consumer Product Safety Act (Ley de seguridad de productos al consumidor).
