OPERATION
TOASTER
•Place bread slices in the bread slots (3). Each slot should only contain one slice of bread per toasting run.
•Connect the power plug (7) with a suitable outlet.
•Using the browning adjuster (5), select the desired degree of browning (1 = lightest browning, 7 = darkest browning).
•During first use, we recommend a low level.
•Push the start lever (10) all the way down, until it is locked in place.
•The integrated control lamp and number lighting are illuminated, and the toasting begins.
•The device automatically switches itself off, when the previously set browning degree has been reached. The start lever jumps up, and the control lamp and number lighting are turned off. The bread slices are now toasted.
•Attention: The bread slices and parts of the device are very hot during and immediately after use!
•The browning degree can be re-adjusted during use, using the browning adjuster.
•Toasting of deep-frozen bread: Place the bread in the respective slots. Set the browning adjuster to the desired degree of browning. Push the start lever down, and then press the DEFROST button (14). The DEFROST (15) control lamp will be illuminated. The toasting begins.
•Heating-up of already toasted bread: Set the browning adjuster to the desired degree of browning. Place the bread in the respective slots. Push the start lever down. The toasting begins, now press the REHEAT Button (12). The REHEAT control lamp (11) will be illuminated. The toasting begins.
•Premature stopping of the toasting: The toasting may be stopped at any time by pressing the STOP button (13). The start lever will jump up.
EGG BOILER
•Using the egg boiler you can boil up to 3 eggs per operation. Please use fresh eggs only.
•Place the egg tray (1) in the water bowl (2).
•Using the egg needle on the measuring cup (6), puncture a small hole in the dull side of each of the eggs. Do not use too much force to do this, so as not to break the shell of the eggs. Attention, risk of injury! The needle is very sharp!
•Place the eggs dull side down in the egg tray.
•Add the necessary amount of clear and cold water to the measuring cup. Do not use any additives, such as salt. The amount of water necessary is
dependant on the number of eggs that are to be boiled and how long they should be boiled (soft, medium or hard boiled). The measuring cup has three scales that allow you to determine the amount of water necessary (the number of eggs is indicated).
Scale – weich, soft, mollet (1 - 7) Scale – mittel, medium, medium (1 - 7) Scale – hart, hard, dur (1-7)
•Using this device, you can boil up to 3 eggs per operation. Therefore pay attention to the number from 1-3 only.
•Example: If you wish to soft boil 3 eggs, fill the measuring cup with water up to the third mark of the "weich, soft, mollet" scale.
