Baking

Use the pizza & baking V, fan cooking U or conventional O oven function for baking.

1 Important! Do not use a fat filter when baking!

Cake Tins

Cake tins made of dark metal and coated tins are suitable for conven- tional O.

Light tins are also suitable for pizza & baking V and fan cooking U.

Shelf Positions

Baking using pizza & baking V or conventional O should be carried out on one level.

You can bake on up to 3 levels simultaneously using fan cooking U:
