Do not place accessories on the cooking compartment floor. Do not line it with foil or greaseproof paper of any kind. Do not place ovenware on the cooking compartment floor if a temperature of over 50 ºC has been set.
This will cause heat accumulation. The baking and roasting times will no longer be correct and the enamel will be damaged.
Never pour water directly into the cooking compart' ment when it is hot. The temperature change can cause damage to the enamel.
Do not store moist food in the closed cooking compartment for long periods. This will damage the enamel.

If the oven seal is very dirty, the oven carriage wil longer close properly when the oven is in use. The fronts of adjacent units will become damaged over time. Keep the seal clean.
