1Divide into 8-12 pieces. Shape and flatten slightly.

2Glaze with egg and milk (but not the cross).

3Cover and allow to rise for 30 minutes.

4Bake in oven 375¡F (190¡C) for 16-18 minutes.

5Glaze with egg and milk if required.
