Delay Start

The starting time of a program can be delayed. The start time can be delayed from 30 minutes to 24 hours.

With a delay start time between 30 minutes and 9 hours 30 minutes the delay is set in 30 minute increments. For 10 hours or more it is set in one hour increments.

When using the "Delay Start" function, make sure that the detergent compartment is dry before adding detergent. Wipe dry with a cloth if necessary. Otherwise the detergent could stick together and not completely rinse out.

Gel detergent should not be used when selecting "Delay Start", the detergent could leak out of the compartment.

￿Turn the dishwasher on "￿". The "Start / Stop" indicator flashes.

￿Select the desired program with the "Program" button.

￿Press the "Delay Start" button.

The last set delay start time will show in the time display. The "Delay Start" indicator lights up.

￿Set the desired time with the "Delay Start" button.

If you press and hold the "Delay Start" button the time with automatically count up to 24^. To start again at 30 minutes, press the "Delay Start" button twice.

￿Press the "Start / Stop" button. The Delay Start indicator lights up.

The time will count down to the program start: in 1 hour increments for delay start times over 10 hours, and in 1 minute increments delay start times under 10 hours.

Once the delay start time has elapsed, the selected program starts. The display shows the remaining time, the "Delay Start" indicator goes out and the "Start / Stop" indicator lights up.

Between 1 and 9 ½ hours: e.g. 5 hours = 5.0

10 hours and over: e.g. 15 hours = 15

Starting a program before the delay start has elapsed

A program can be started before the delay start time has elapsed.

￿Press and hold the "Start / Stop" button for at least one second.

The "Delay Start" indicator goes out and the "Start / Stop" indicator flashes.

￿Press the "Start / Stop" button.

The program starts and the "Start / Stop" indicator lights up.
