Making coffee

^Turn the steam off by turning the steam selector clockwise to the "o" position.

^Pull the pitcher away from the steam nozzle. Carefully pour the milk into the coffee and spoon some froth onto the surface.

Always clean the steam nozzle immediately after use, it is harder to clean once the milk has dried.

^Dispense a quick spurt of steam into an empty cup.

^Wipe milk off the nozzle with a damp sponge.
