COOKING VEGETABLES

Clean the vegetables thoroughly. Cut off stems; trim, peel or chop if necessary. Smaller pieces will steam faster than larger pieces. For softer vegetable texture,in- crease steaming time, for firmer texture, decrease steaming time according to taste.
