9.4Hot-air grilling (main oven)

FUNCTION SELECTOR

THERMOSTAT FROM 50° C TO 250°C

Allows uniform heat distribution with better penetration to the core of foods. Foods are lightly browned on the outside but still soft on the inside.

During cooking the oven door must be closed, and the maximum heating time must not exceed 60 minutes

9.5Variable grill cooking (auxiliary oven)

This function permits varying the power of the grill according to the quantity of food to be cooked.

Position the auxiliary oven thermostat knob on the symbol or . Turn the variable grill knob clockwise to the desired position.

When the signal light comes on the grill is engaged.

Keep the oven door closed during cooking.
