4.If you are not satisfied with how the problem was solved . ..

l Contact the Major Appliance Consumer Action Program (MACAP). MACAP is a group of independent consumer experts that voices consumer views at the highest levels of the major appliance industry.

. Contact MACAP only when the dealer, authorized servicer, and Whirlpool have failed to resolve your problem.
