Before calling out an Engineer, please ensure that you have read the details under the heading 'Something Not Working?' and have the model number and purchase date to hand. The model, product and serial numbers, which should be quoted in any communication can be found on the rating plate on the lower front frame of the cooker upon opening the oven door. It is advisable to make a note on the back cover of this book for easy reference. The telephone number and address for service is detailed on the list headed 'Customer Service Centres' beginning on page 46.
