This section describes the cleaning procedures for the Motion C5 in a health care environment.
Disinfecting procedures
You should periodically disinfect the C5 according to the institutional polices of surface and equipment safety and cleanliness. Motion has tested a variety of antimicrobial solvents and information on specific products is available upon request.

If the C5 becomes soiled with blood or other body fluids, a
Visibly soiled areas should first be cleaned and then disinfected, or a detergent disinfectant can be used. For disinfection, the cleaned areas should be moistened with the appropriate germicide and allowed to air dry.2
