GARANTÍA LIMITADA

El Fabricante garantiza al comprador consumidor original que este producto está fabricado libre de defectos en los materiales y la manodeobra. Por un período de dos (2) años a partir de la fecha de compra por parte del comprador consumidor original, repararemos o reemplazaremos, a nuestra elección, sin cargo por las partes o la mano de obra incurrida al reemplazar partes, cualquiera de las partes que determinemos que tiene defectos debido a los materiales o la mano de obra. Esta garantía está sujeta a las siguientes restricciones y exclusiones.

1.Esta garantía no aplica al motor, la batería (excepto conforme se indica en seguida) o los componentes de los mismos. Por favor consulte la garantía del fabricante correspondiente para estos elementos.

2.Los cargos de transporte por el movimiento de cualquier equipo motorizado o acoplamiento son responsabilidad del com- prador. Los cargos de transporte por las partes enviadas para reemplazo bajo esta garantía deben ser pagados por el comprador, a menos que el fabricante solicite esa devolución.

3.Garantía de la batería: Para productos equipados con batería, reemplazaremos sin cargo alguno para usted cualquier batería que determinemos que su fabricación es defectuosa, durante los primeros noventa (90) días posteriores a la compra. Esta garantía no aplica a ningún producto que se haya sometido a alteraciones, uso incorrecto, abuso, armado o instalación incorrecta, daños en la entrega o al desgaste normal del producto.

6.Exclusiones: Se excluyen de esta garantía las cintas, cuchillas, adaptadores de cuchilla, el desgaste normal, los ajustes normales, los artículos de ferretería estándar y el mantenimiento normal.

7.En caso de que tenga una reclamación bajo esta garantía, debe devolver el producto a un distribuidor de servicio autori- zado.
