3. Assembly

4.Slide the tractor axle (shaft) through the left side of the pillow block bearing and the lock collars so as to pass through the right side of the pillow block bearing. Make sure the keyway is on the left hand side.

NOTE: Do not tighten lock collars.

5.Assemble the 40 tooth sprocket to the tractor axle (shaft) using square key (3/8" x 1-3/4" long).

6.Mount the wheel hub to the tractor axle (shaft) using 3/8"-16 x 2-1/2" hex head cap screw and 3/8"-16 stover lock nut.

NOTE: Left Hand and Right Hand is determined from the BACK of the tractor frame throughout the manual.
