Language sets the language in which on-line SHR-2160/2162/2080/2082 will be expressed

The change of language by the system language results in the change of language expression setup of SHR-2160/2162/2080/2082. In short, the language setup of Smart Viewer does not change.

Language specification to be supported is subject to change later.
