USING THE PERFORMANCE SCREENS TO VIEW ALARM DATA

To access the alarm history screens:

1Press to select the Performance menu.

2Press the to select an interface (H2TU-C DS1, H2TU-R DS1, H2TU-C HDSL2, or

H2TU-R HDSL2), then press .

3Press the until Alarm History is selected, then press .

•Press or to page through the alarm history screens.

•Press to clear the selected alarm history screen.

Alarm History at the DS1 Interface

The Alarm History screen reports DS1 statistics for the H2TU-C, shown in Figure25 below, and the H2TU-R,

shown in Figure 26 on page45, on a continuous basis. The types of alarms reported are described in Table 17 on

page 45. Current alarms are shown in reverse video.
