Specifications and Regulatory Information
This chapter lists specification and characteristics of the instrument. The dis-
tinction between these terms is described as follows:
•Specifications describe warranted performance over the temperature range
0°C to +45°C and relative humidity <95% non-condensing (u nless otherwise
noted). All specifications apply after the temperature of the in s trument is sta-
bilized after 30 minutes of continuous operation.
•Characteristics provide useful information by giving functional, but nonwarr a nt -
ed, performance parameters. Characteristics are printed in this typeface.
Calibration cycle
This instrument requires periodic verification of perf ormance. The instrument
should have a complete verification of specifications at least once every two
years.
