1 Turn the HOLD/LOCK/OPEN switch to

LOCK.

2 Press EXERCISE repeatedly to display

00.00.

Keep it pressed for about 1 second at first to turn on the power.

3 Press STARTIPAUSE to start the stopwatch.

To stop the stopwatch

Press START/PAUSE. The stopwatch pauses.

To resume, press START/PAUSE again. To erase the time, press LAP/CLEAR.

After use, press EXERCISE pressed for 1 second to turn off the power.

TOmemorize the lap times

While the stopwatch is running, press LAP/CLEAR

to memorize the lap time. Up to 10 lap times can be memorized.

When the 11th lap time is memorized, the 1st lap time is erased automatically.
