Password
A 4-digit password can be set to prevent playing discs with
higher ratings.

Press i/k to select “Password” onthe setup menu and press the l right
cursor button.

Enter a 4-digit password using thenumber buttons, then press ENTER.
Example : To set the password 1234
Press 1, 2, 3 and 4.

Do not forget your password.

•If you enter the wrong number, press CLEAR.

Enter the same 4-digit passwordagain to verify, then press ENTER.

setting cannot be played back.

To change the rating level

Select “Rating” on the setup menu and press

right cursor button.

Enter the password using the number buttons and
press ENTER.

To change the password

Select “Password” on the setup menu and press

right cursor button.

Enter the 4-digit password and press ENTER.

Select “Change” and press ENTER.

To clear the password

Select “Password” on the setup menu and press

right cursor button.

Enter the 4-digit password and press ENTER.

Select “Clear” and press ENTER.

If you forget your 4-digit password

Select “Password” on the setup menu.

Enter the 6-digit number “210499” and press ENTER.
The 4-digit password that you entered is cleared.
