Email/SMS Configuration Function description:

The Alarm Configuration is used to configure who should receive the trap messages via Email, SMS or both which have been sent from the GSM Series switches. Up to 6 email addresses can be entered as well as 6 SMS mobile phone numbers. If using SMS you will need to enter the SMS ISP details. (Note this may not work with your mobile phone network.) If using Email you also need to enter the Email Server details in the spaces provided.

Parameters description:

Mail Server:

Enter the IP Address of the mail server used to send emails.

Username:

Enter the username required by the email server.

Password:

Enter the password required by the email server.

Email Address 1 – 6:

Enter the email address(s) that will receive the trap messages.

SMS Server:

Enter the IP Address of the SMS server used to send SMS messages.

Username:

Enter the username required by the SMS server.
