BEFORE INI TIAL USE:
Int erior oven sur fac es mus t be heated to remove surface oils and the accompanying odo r produ ced during the first use of the oven.
1.Wipe all wire shelv es, side racks and the full oven interior with a clean, damp clo th. Install the ove n sid e racks , oven shelves, and external dri p tray. Shelve s are installed with the curved edge towa rd the back of the oven. Insert the dri p pan on the interi or bottom surface of
the ove n.
2.Close the oven doors, pre ss the power switc h to the on position , and set the thermo stat to 300 °F (149° C).
Allow the oven to cycle for appro ximatel y
2 hour s or until no odor is detected.3.
