Compatibility with Windows 98, Windows 2000
This card reader requires the following:
1.IBM
2.Windows 98 or Windows 2000
To find your version of Windows software is compatible with USB:
1.Right click on 'My Computer'
2.Click on 'Properties'
3.Click on 'Device Manager'
4.'Universal Serial Bus controllers' should be listed with a plus sign in front of it. (If you see a flag highlighted in yellow, there is an incompatiblity.)
If you do not see this listed, your version of Windows software is not supported, you must upgrade to a more recent version. Microsoft does not offer patches for older Windows versions for USB compatibility with the card reader.
