Troubleshooting

NO SIGNAL | The message should disappear as soon as you move out of an |

ANTENNA
Cause: Antenna connector may not be securely seated. Cable may be damaged.
OFF AIR
Cause: The channel selected is not currently broadcasting.
Make sure antenna is correctly attached to the receiver and that antenna cable is undamaged and free from kinks. Turn the XMCommander off and back on to reset this message.
Tune to another channel.

You do not receive all XM channels. Cause: | Contact XM as described in “Getting Started: Activating |

The audio sounds distorted | Reduce audio output level as described under “Menu Commands |

The audio level is too low | Increase audio output level as described in “Menu Commands |

You cannot tune in to a | Verify that you are authorized to receive that channel as part of |

No song title or artist name | Nothing is wrong with your receiver. This is normal on many talk |
displays | and news channels where there is no song playing. Also, this |
| information may not be available for some music channels. |
