1.5-Changing the plug
The supplied mains cable already has a mains plug fitted, however should you need to replace it at any time please refer to the appropriatte wiring information below for your particular cable.

The wires in the mains lead are coloured | the coloured markings identifying the |
in accordance with the following code: | terminals in your plug, proceed |
Blue - Neutral | as follows: |
Brown - Live | The wire which is coloured blue or |
| black must be connected to the |

5 A | letter N or coloured black. |
The wire which is coloured brown or red must be | |
| connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter |
| L or coloured Red. |
| No connection is to be made to the Earth terminal of the |
| plug. |
| If a 13 Amp (BS1363) Plug is used, fit an ASTA |
| apporoved 5 A fuse |
| If your product is fitted with a moulded plug which |
BLUE | requires replacement please cut off and dispose of it |
(Neutral) | safely, then rewire as shown in the diagram to the left. |
