Djupfrysningsinformation

Mat måste frysas så snabbt som möjligt när den placeras i ett kylskåp för att hålla en hög kvalitet.

TSE-normen kräver (enligt vissa måttförhållanden) att kylskåpet skall frysa 4,5 kg mat vid omgivande temperatur på 32°C till -18°C eller lägre inom 24 timmar för varje 100-liters frysvolym.

Det går endast att förvara mat under längre tid i temperaturer på -18°C eller lägre.

Du kan bevara färskheten för mat i flera månader (vid -18°C eller lägre temperaturer vid djupfrysning).

AVARNING!

•Mat måste delas upp i portioner enligt familjens behov.

•Mat måste förpackas så att det inte utsätts för luft för att förhindra att den torkar även om den ska användas snart.

Förpackningsmaterial:

•Kyltålig plastfolier

•Självhäftande etikett

•Gummiringar

•Penna

Material som används för förpackning skall vara slitstarkt och tåligt mot kyla, fukt, lukt, olja och syror.

Mat bör inte tillåtas att komma i kontakt med tidigare fryst mat för att förhindra delvis tining.

Följ alltid värden i tabellerna för förvaringsperioder.

Fryst mat får inte användas snabbt efter att den har tinat och får aldrig frysas om.
