El centro multimedia proporciona dos tipos de conexiones de entrada de audio digital (Figura 18):

• Conexión coaxial de audio digital (D) – requiere un cable

Cable coaxial RCA

• Conexión óptica de audio digital – requiere un cable óptico

Si necesita cables, cómprelos en una tienda especializada en componentes electrónicos.

Nota: Cuando utilice una conexión de audio digital, asegúrese de mantener también la conexión analógica. Esto le permitirá disfrutar de sonido continuo cuando falte o se interrumpa la señal digital. También permite el uso de una conexión Bose® link para expansión a otras habitaciones.

Conexiones coaxiales de audio digital

Empleando un cable coaxial de 75con conectores RCA, conecte la salida de audio digital

(D) de cada fuente a su correspondiente entrada de audio digital (D) en el centro multimedia.

Nota: Para realizar grabaciones digitales desde un componente óptico conectado, conecte otro cable óptico a las salidas ópticas del panel posterior del centro multimedia.

Conexiones ópticas de audio digital

Utilizando un cable óptico sólo se puede conectar una salida de fuente de audio al centro multimedia. Conecte la salida óptica de la fuente seleccionada al conector Optical IN del centro multimedia. Después de encender el sistema, deberá activar esta conexión en el menú Sistema.

Activación de una conexión óptica

1.Encienda el televisor y el sistema LIFESTYLE®.

2.Pulse el botón System en el control remoto del sistema LIFESTYLE®.

3.Pulse la tecla de flecha derecha y resalte la ficha Centro medios. Pulse Enter.

4.Pulse la tecla de flecha abajo y resalte Fuente óptica. Pulse Enter.

5.Seleccione el componente que está conectado al conector Optical IN. Pulse Enter.

6.Pulse Exit para salir del menú Sistema.

Nota: Es posible que también deba activar la salida óptica en la fuente de audio.
