OPERATION
Stopping Your Air Compressor
1.Push ON - OFF switch to OFF position. Compressor motor will stop.
2.If finished using compressor, unplug compressor’s power cord from outlet.
3.Pull Safety Valve ring to release most of tank’s compressed air. Release valve ring.
4.Open Drain Valve to fully drain air tank.
NOTE:Always drain air tank over a washable surface or in a suitable container to prevent damaging or staining surfaces.
NOTE: The compressor generates condensation water (condensate) that accumulates in the air tank. Drain the condensate every 4 hours or daily.
5. Close Drain Valve.
Extension Cords
NOTE:Avoid use of extension cords.
The air compressor should be located where it can be directly plugged into a grounded outlet. DO NOT use an extension cord unless absolutely necessary. Instead, increase the working reach of the air hose by attaching two or more air hoses together.
If the use of an extension cord cannot be avoided, use these guidelines:
•Use only a
•Make sure the cord is in good condition.
•When compressor is used outdoors, use only extension cords marked “Intended for Outdoor Use”.
