Once the child restraint has been installed in the vehicle, follow these instructions to secure your child in the child restraint.

1Loosen the harness by lifting the adjuster lever located in front of the seat, while pulling the shoulder straps forward (fig. A).

2Unfasten the chest clip by squeez- ing the middle tab. (fig. B).

3Unfasten the buckle by pressing the release button (fig. C).

4Move the harness straps to the side of the seat. Use the hook and loop fastener located on the straps and side of the cover to aid in hold- ing the straps.

5Place child in the child restraint.

6Position the harness straps around the child and fasten the child restraint buckle (fig. C). Proper connection is confirmed with a positive click after inserting the second buckle tongue.
