5 - 4 QUICK-DIAL NUMBERS AND DIALLING OPTIONS
Setting up Groups for BroadcastingGroups, which can be store d on a One-Touch key or a Speed-Dial
location, allow you to send the same fax message to many fax
numbers by pressing only a One-Touch key and Mono Start or
Search/Speed D ial, #, the two-digit location and Mono Start.
First, you will need to store each fax number as a One-Touch or
Speed-Dial number. Then , you can combine them into a Group,
Each Group uses up a One-Touc h key or a Speed-Dial location.
Finally, you can have up to six small Groups, or you can assign up to
49 numbers to one large Group.

Press Menu/Set, 2, 3, 3.

Decide where you wish to st ore the
Group.
—AND—
Press a One-Touch key.
—OR—
Press Search/Speed Dial and enter the two-digit location,
and then press Menu/Set.

Use the dial pad to enter the Group number (1 to 6).
Press Menu/Set.
(For example, press 1 for Group 1.)

To include One-Touch or Spee d-Dial numbers in the Group,
enter them as follows.
For example, for One-Touch key 2, press One-Touch key 2. For
a number in a black squar e, such as One-Touch key , press
Shift and One-Touch key .
For Speed-Dial location 09, press Search/Speed Dial, and
then press 09 on the dial pad. The LCD shows 02, #09 (or
06, #09).
